In her 26-year career in real estate, Moo’s mission has produce highly effective
results through excellent guidance, counseling, and market expertise! With
a knack and love for the many unique properties throughout Santa Fe and Northern
New Mexico, Moo brings value to the buying and selling experience for all types
of properties from condominiums, historic old adobes, country properties, vacant
land, estate properties, ranches as well as development/commercial opportunities.
Moo has also enhanced the development of successful communities such as Bishop’s
Lodge Estates, East Ranch, El Prado, Plaza Chamisal, and, most recently, Zocalo,
an award winning condominium development.

Moo uses her years of experience in the Santa Fe market to quickly and efficiently assist clients to identify their goals, assess the market, and successfully complete the transaction that bests suits her clients needs.

Moo has a degree in Geography from Middlebury College in Vermont as well as the G.R.I. designation from the National Association of Realtors. She lives with her husband Marc in an authentic adobe home they built together. Along with her two children the family enjoys the wonders of New Mexico, skiing, camping, hiking, riding horses, and running in the mountains.

Besides having a Graduate of Realtors Institute (G.I.R.) designation, Moo is also a licensed New Mexico general contractor. She understands construction, development, land, and homes–making her a terrific asset for our clients.
	Chris Haynes – A long time resident of Santa Fe, Chris came to real estate sales after 15 years in the securities business. He is a past recipient of the Santa Fe REALTOR© of the year award and has been very involved in many community organizations. Chris loves to help people in all aspects of real estate, from purchasing, selling, and general problem solving. With years of remodeling experience, Chris is well qualified to provide insight that has served our clients well for the past 20 years!
	Jeff Harakal – After completing his master’s degree in the great books at St. John’s College, Jeff began his real estate career focused on planned communities. Spending almost three years at Las Campanas prepared him to join Moo and Chris with all aspects of their business. When not active with real estate, Jeff can be found buried in books, speeding down ski slopes and pursuing culinary adventures in the kitchen!
