State of Mind: New California Art Circa 1970 is an investigation of the development of conceptual and related avant-garde activities among artists living in California in the late 1960s and early 70s. State of Mind identifies and investigates the West Coast art world’s significant contribution to Conceptual art, video, performance, and installation. This exhibition features approximately 150 works by 60 artists in a range of media including video, film, photography, installation, drawing and painting as well as performance documentation and ephemera. State of Mind is one of the three anchor exhibitions that helped chart the course of Pacific Standard Time: Art in L.A. 1945-1980, the ambitious collaborative initiative of the Getty with arts institutions across southern California, celebrating the birth of the L.A. art scene. Series Schedule: March 9th – How to Improve Your Game March 23rd – Short Game Clinic April 6th – Driving Tips Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe invites the community to join Assistant Golf Pros, Josh (JD) Daigle and Alo Brodsky, at the Back 9 Grill located at, Saturday, March 9, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for a free cup of coffee and free advice on how to improve your game.This week’s topic is “Club fitting to Lower Your Scores.”

“I’m always surprised at the number of golfers that play golf with equipment that doesn’t fit them. The best way to improve your golf game is to have a club fitting to determine the right set of clubs that fits your game,” Ross Nettles, Head Golf Professional.

Josh (JD) Daigle has been employed with Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe since September 2005. He has been an Assistant Golf Professional since April 2010 and a PGA member since 2011. JD teaches junior golf in the summer at Links de Santa Fe. JD received his Bachelors of Business Administration from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1997.

Alo Brodsky has been an Assistant Golf Professional at Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe since May, 2010. Alo is currently in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program and expects to receive his class A-1 Head Golf Professional certification in 2014.  Alo is from Santa Fe and grew up playing golf throughout northern New Mexico.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in 2009.
