TESUQUE
(Homes: $500,000 to $1 million/ Land: $150,000 to $1 million)
Just ten minutes north of town, Tesuque was originally a small Hispanic village. Bounded by the Santa Fe National Forest to the east and the Tesuque Pueblo to the north, this village has retained much of its Hispanic heritage. Bishop’s Lodge Road winds through the Tesuque Valley, following the intermittent flow of the Tesuque River. Tesuque is known for its large cottonwood trees, orchards, and pastures.
Above the valley, among the sandy hills, parcels of land can be found that range in size from 2.5 to 15 acres. Many of these lots have sweeping views overlooking the Rio Grande Valley.
Neighborhoods in and around Tesuque include:
Los Caminitos and Vista Redondo, and the villages of Chupadero and Rio en Medio.
